Abstract:
We consider systems of reaction-diffusion equations and we discuss various
problems and corresponding results involving, as a central tool,
Carleman estimates with either internal or boundary observations:
Controllability to stationary solutions with a low number of localized,
distributed controls entering only a part of the equations;
Inverse source stability estimates with boundary observations;
Unique continuation at initial time for parabolic systems.
