The Conference will take place in
Poiana Brasov
, a tourist resort near the medieval city of
Brasov
.
Lodging and boarding is in
Hotel Royal
, the same building with the venue of the conference.
The Hotel reservation is made by the organizers following the data in the registration file (please inform us soon of any possible changes). Each participant is supposed to make the payment of the room (200 lei, including the meals) directly at the Hotel desk. The members of the GDRE GREFI-GENCO will be reimbursed at home following the rules of the GDRE.
