The journal MATHEMATICAL REPORTS (formerly STUDII SI CERCETARI MATEMATICE) was founded in 1948 by the Mathematics Section of the Romanian Academy.
It appeared under its first name until 1998 and received the name of Mathematical Reports in 1999. It is now published in one volume a year, consisting in 4 issues. The current average total
number of pages is 500.
Our journal MATHEMATICAL REPORTS publishes original mathematical papers, written in English. Excellent survey articles may be also accepted. The editors will put strong emphasis on originality, quality and applicability. The journal is indexed or abstracted in Science Citation Index Expanded, Journal Citation Reports/Science Edition, Mathematical Reviews, Zentralblatt für Mathematik.
All manuscripts are refereed.
The submission of a manuscript carries with it the authors' assurance that it has not been copy-righted or published, in part or in whole, elsewhere and, after being accepted by MATHEMATICAL REPORTS, it will not be published in another journal.
The instructions for authors are available on the journal site: http://imar.ro/journals/Mathematical_Reports/home_page.html. Please follow the arrangements for sections, headings, equations, tables, figures, and references in a recent issue of the journal. The author(s) must assure that the text is written in Times New Roman 11 pt (command \documentclass{…, 11pt, …}) and 13 cm in width (command \textwidth=13 cm in preamble, between the commands \documentclass and \begin {document}).
All papers should include a short abstract in English, the AMS 2010 Subject Classification and key words. References should appear in the text between brackets; all references should appear at the end of the manuscripts, listed in alphabetical order, according to the style of Mathematical Reviews.
Authors are requested to send to the Editorial Board the tex and pdf files of the paper to the address: revue.reports@imar.ro.
