Deadlines:  May 15, 2002: The Registration Form and a one page abstract should be sent by e-mail to one of the above addresses.
The abstract should be sent both in TEX and in PS form, as attached files and should include the complete post address with e-mail and the 2000 MSC together with some key words.
April 30,2002: The programm of the special sessions, including all the titles, the abstracts and the registration forms of the prospective speakers should be sent at the same addresses.
